At Prickle we are looking for a senior technology recruiter to help us with our ambitious growth program. We are a digital software development agency, and we are looking to strengthen our numbers and talent within our consultancy department.

Key Responsibilities

Activities

  • Pre-screening of the CVs
  • Conduct qualification interviews
  • Actively source talent through various channels
  • Employer Branding through the use of Social Media and knows how to deploy and use all channels in this
  • Building relationships with stakeholders and growing into a role of a full-fledged sparring partner in the field of the IT labor market.

How do I know that is me?

  • You have a completed HBO or WO education
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a commercial recruitment environment: agency or corporate is definitely a plus
  • You are proactive, creative, think out of the box.ย You are not afraid and want to do that little bit extra
  • Able to work independently and in a team in a complex organization and to deal well with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical, social and communication skills
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language, both orally and in writing.
